Wafu Mazesoba

Wafu Mazesoba is a sesame garlic sauce noodle. The term "Wafu" (和風) in Japanese cuisine refers to a style that incorporates traditional Japanese flavors and ingredients. Wafu Mazesoba is often enjoyed with a side of rice or a small bowl of soup such as miso soup, to complement the flavors. You are also welcome to add any protein or spices you like, bamboo shoots, seaweed, pickled vegetables, or a soft-boiled egg, to make it even better!

This meal kit includes a pack of Wafu sauce, toppings, Japanese rice vinegar and 1 serving of Noodles.

With a slightly thicker and chewier profile, each strand clings to the delectable sauce, allowing it to absorb the multitude of flavors with every bite. The noodles provide a satisfying resistance as you savor their springy and velvety texture, creating a harmonious dance of sensations in your mouth.

The combination of sesame seeds, vegan soy sauce, and mushroom seasonings creates a complex and well-rounded flavor profile in Wafu sauce. Sesame seeds contribute a nutty and aromatic quality to the sauce. Vegan soy sauce and mushroom seasonings add a savory and slightly salty taste that balances well with other ingredients, to enhance the umami depth of the sauce.
